In such moments, I try to stick to Buddha's advice: "Drop the thought". It all depends on the quality of our thoughts. Which quality do you prefer?
There is no overnight success. Yet often blogs don't show the complete journey that lead up to the successful breakthrough. Growing into different roles in life is messy. I blog about all elements of my transformation: the beginnings, the messy middle and the success. Perhaps my messy middle can take the edge of yours a bit.
You could compare it to your itinerary for your summer holidays. Say you would like to travel from your home to Marseille in southern France. You know your goal is to relax at the beach, read some good books and enjoy the French red wine and atmosphere. Same works for your long-term goals: With the right navigation you can reach your goals.
