51 | 11 pm | It is time

The day before yesterday I woke up with motivation and a great idea, yesterday I slept in, then started, and then today it came out slightly different. What does that mean?

The plan is not ready yet.

My idea has not yet become a real plan. That's on the agenda now, because I really, really like my goals!

My goals are: I am athletic, agile and free of aches and pains. I eat delicious, healthy and in the best case pure vegetarian food. The delicious food and exercise boost my immune system and help me become very old.

I am in relationship with wonderful people. People who touch others, who work for peace and justice, for growth and creativity, for music and dance, for laughter and joy. I am in relationship with upliftment, courage and joyfulness. I am in relationship with like-minded go-getters.

On what path and by when can I achieve this? How would you approach this? What do you advise me to do?

Getting up early in the morning brings me lightness in the day. Here I see an intermediate stage. I will change my daily routine: Less addiction to sprinkling in the evening and leaving the warm bed much earlier in the morning. That means earlier to bed, 7 hours sleep and then just get up, get dressed and get out of the house. No matter what the weather is.

This is important to me: I don't want to talk myself out of it in the morning. That means as soon as the alarm clock calls, I get up! The trick to make everything as easy as possible is worth its weight in gold. That means I already lay out in the evening the things I'm going to put on in the morning so I can get out of my nice, warm bed and apartment quickly. After the first few steps, I'll be fine. I know that from experience. Thought support: I also know that if I stay down, everything stays the same. Then I continue to achieve what I have now.

So the first challenge is to get up with the sun every morning. Even and especially when there is no sun. Here we go!
