69 | Mowing the Lawn | Peace Habits

Energy Flows Naturally

You might wonder what mowing the lawn has in common with Peace Habits or why I chose it as the title here. I was talking with my coach about activities that I love, I enjoy mowing the lawn at the cottage. It takes about one hour. The lawn mower is so loud that I cannot listen to a podcast or anything else. As a matter of fact, it is just the lawn mower, the long grass, the sunshine and myself then. Nothing else for one hour. And once I am finished the grass looks like a lawn again. That gives me satisfaction and energy immediately.

Mowing the lawn is excellent because results can be seen quickly.

Interaction in Groups is Wonderful

I also love to lead and facilitate groups of people. Spending time with them is similar because I am there with them. There’s no distraction. Nothing else is then important. I love it when group activities lead to wonderful group dynamics. My batteries refuel quickly when I am among groups that I lead. I feel energized and get easily into the flow.

Focus on Energy: Foster Peace Habits

Having realized that I will focus more on creating the foundation Peace Habits. This foundation will support groups of young adults and leaders from Germany and the Middle East to interact in immersion with each other. When we manage to bring leaders from Germany, Israel, Palestine, Jordan, Egypt and Lebanon together and teach them the ideas of Peace Habits we can actively contribute to a better understanding among each other. That by itself is amazing!

I feel incredibly well looking into the future and seeing international encounters where leaders exchange ideas on personal growth while winning new friends and nurturing peace among each other! This thought alone creates humongous energy within me. The foundation Peace Habits is coming!

What about you?

Who wants to be part of this legacy and this unfolding energy? Who wants to be part of bridging young leaders across conflicting lines? How many people could you sponsor?

It is as rewarding as mowing your lawn. Trust me on that!

The foundation Peace Habits is coming.
