I like to think that there are many of us. Many of us can teach others how to communicate in a good, open, and engaged way. It’s about making conversations more meaningful to leave them with a sense of connection and enrichment.
When we succeed in touching people in conversation—through our words, our attention, and our genuine wish to treat each other well—it touches us too. A good conversation can make the whole day better for everyone.
And the people we have helped to open up, who have enjoyed sharing about themselves, or who have found comfort in being heard, will return. Then, it will become even easier to share with one another. The positive atmosphere we create opens up new possibilities and more joy for all of us.
This atmosphere can also foster a positive attitude and a deeper understanding that speaking and truly listening to one another is the way forward.
People who know each other and understand more about one another are more likely to meet with curiosity. And curiosity is the key to peaceful coexistence—across all borders. Nationality or religion, gender, profession, or age no longer divides but instead makes conversations richer and more interesting.
This peaceful coexistence is the fertile ground where peace can flourish. No thorns, no rocky soil, no drought, and no flood—just the right conditions. Peace grows effortlessly when we cultivate it together.
How can we become many? How can you learn to lead groups and guide meaningful conversations? That’s what the next posts will explore. Let’s find out together!
