1 | Is there doubt in you?

Often I waited for myself to get better. And often it was also the hope that I would be better tomorrow. Many times it's also the fear of not yet being the right person for my new job. I assumed my doubts about my ability were naturally the doubts of others around me. That puts my brakes on. I put on the brakes. Every now and then I stood still.

Viktor E. Frankl wrote it is better to look at what life expects of us, He turned away from the questions or obstacles that regularly whizzed through his head. This can be our way, too. Turning away or letting the thought go.

Frankl points out a solution: You are enough. Take action. Take responsibility in your life and find the right answers for the challenges in your life. Fulfill the tasks that present themselves to you.

It does not really matter what we expect from life, but rather what life expects from us. We need to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead think of ourselves as those who are being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answers must consist, not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking responsibility to find the right answers to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual. These tasks, and therefore the meaning of life, differ from man to man, from woman to woman, and from moment to moment. Life’s tasks are very real and concrete.

Viktor E. Frankl

Frankl puts it in a nutshell. Our tasks differ from person to person and from time to time. We are always given new tasks to take on today like an adventure.

„Du bist genug“ ist dein Schlüssel zu deinem erfüllten Leben.

Live now, trust your intuition and what is good for you. Then do more of it and more and some more again.
