Beyond Borders
I have a vision: bringing together people from different backgrounds to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and work collectively on change and transformation. To make this idea tangible, I want to write a story – a fictional narrative that illustrates what such an event could look like. This story will not only convey the vision but also allow potential participants to recognize themselves within it and discover their role in the process.
The Event as a Living Vision
The narrative will describe what it feels like to arrive, explore the venue, and create a shared experience. Intensive days where 50 to 55 people come together to get to know each other deeply – including those working behind the scenes, like the kitchen team.
From the very beginning, it will be clear: we are here to co-create a space that enables transformation, sparks moments of insight, and fills us with wonder – wonder about what life makes possible.
This will be a space that inspires and surprises. A space that evokes a deep sense of hope and connection. Hope that we can live more peacefully and harmoniously, free from envy and conflict. Instead, we can enrich one another – in every sense.
The Diversity of Participants
The event will be shaped by a diverse group of people, each bringing their unique dynamic and perspective:
- Open and communicative individualseager to share their stories.
- Quieter participants, who may observe passively but still contribute meaningfully.
- More emotional personalities, who express their feelings vividly when something resonates in the space.
- People from various backgrounds - – from charismatic personalities to quieter "wallflowers."
Together, they create a harmonious whole where everyone finds their place.
The Goals of the Event
We will share time, space, and energy – and amplify these together. The exchange and emerging sense of community will lead to feelings of strength and hope. Everyone will leave this gathering empowered, with “recharged batteries” and the inspiration to carry the experience forward.
This is not about feeling drained but rather fulfilled and invigorated. The shared experience is what matters most. It will be an event that leaves a lasting impact—not just on the participants but also on the broader community.
My Role
My task is to shape and implement this vision. Specifically:
- To develop the idea and bring it to life in a clear, tangible form.
- To find people who are excited to help me further refine and realize this vision.
Additionally, I want to create a complementary program: online modules that teach the roles and skills needed for the event, enabling participants to strengthen their capabilities. Even if some people only engage with parts of the program, their financial or ideological contributions will help make the event possible.
A Vision with Strong Foundations
I firmly believe this vision is achievable. The expertise and commitment to bring this project to life are in place. It’s more than just an event – it’s a movement towards deeper connection, greater understanding, and collective progress.
Let’s turn this idea into reality.
