I want to talk to you about a topic that is very close to my heart: leadership. I don't mean management in the traditional sense - managing people to maximize success and profit. That's important, yes, but I'm talking about something deeper. I'm talking about leadership, people we can look up to - or look at - who inspire us with their vision.
The leaders I want to see have a clear vision of a better future. They tell us about their visions, visions of a future that makes an outstanding life possible for all of us. Such people say: "Look, I have an idea. If we take this path, we can achieve happiness, fulfillment, and growth. We can thrive - individually and collectively.
I truly believe that together we can learn, create, and connect. When we connect people, we make change possible. And with that change comes peace - peace within and around us. It begins with a sense of inner calm, without fear, worry, or anger. It is a state in which we feel comfortable and free to evolve.
From my perspective, this inner peace comes when we meet people who tell us stories - stories that inspire us and show us what is possible. These stories give us the impulse to evolve and make our contributions. They make us want to be part of something bigger, to build something that fulfills us and others.
We can grow like a tree: every branch, every leaf, every bark is part of the whole. This image of growing continues to resonate with me. A few months ago, I realized that my longing for leadership and change did not have to remain a desire. Why wait? Who or what am I waiting for? The longing within me is enough to drive me. And so I decided to take the lead myself.
I want to show you and myself that it is possible to live an outstanding life - even in places that are currently experiencing conflict. I believe that we can overcome conflicts, big or small, between nations, in the family, at work, or within ourselves. When more people want to live together in peace than those who seek conflict, then we can change this world.
It takes clear, inspiring words like "We can do it" or "I have a dream. Such messages inspire me because they show that we can achieve great things as a community. What inspires you? I am inspired when people speak with enthusiasm, help each other, and facilitate growth. Personal growth comes from supporting each other, sharing ideas, and seeking solutions.
I believe that we can create a life that fulfills us - a life we feel good about and can afford. It starts with simple steps, with solidarity and the desire to move forward together. That's why I'm taking the lead now. I want to be a part of this movement that makes peace, happiness, and growth possible for all of us.
