For over 40 years, I have been bringing people together – in international dialogue circles, in the scouting movement, in leading teams, and in intense personal conversations. I am convinced: True leadership begins with true connection.
In my international projects – from leadership training in Germany and Jordan to one-week leadership retreats in France – I have experienced how deep dialogues, storytelling, and active listening build bridges. During my time as the leader of Middle East partnerships in the international working group of the DPSG, I initiated and accompanied meetings between leaders from Germany and the Middle East. We created spaces where intercultural understanding, trust, and collaboration could grow.
My time in Canada, Greece, and Oman also provided valuable perspectives on leadership and team dynamics. These experiences showed me: Sustainable leadership emerges where genuine connection and mutual growth become possible.
As a coach, trainer, and facilitator, I support leaders, changemakers, and visionaries who want to deepen their impact. I help them engage intuitively and charismatically with groups, build deeper relationships, and shape transformative processes through powerful communication.
