It gets even worse when I come up with an idea, form a plan, and then slowly, slowly want to get started. Sticking to my plan is one issue. The other is that there are plenty of new ideas popping into my head. I often follow through on activities that aren't helpful at that moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frankl hat dar\u00fcber schon geschrieben. In seinem Buch &#8222;Man&#8217;s Search For Meaning&#8220;. Das Leben wirft uns st\u00e4ndig mit Aktivit\u00e4ten zu. Es liegt in unserer Verantwortung, zu entscheiden, welche wir sofort erledigen und welche wir beiseite legen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I get in the flow when I stop with wanting and get going. I am in flow when I'm working intensely. Flow comes quickly then. Flow is fun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Distraction is a major issue. Distraction is everywhere: on my mobile phone, on the internet, reading books or newspapers, cleaning the house, and even worse moving stuff within the garage, enjoying gardening and taking pictures. Eating! Yes, eating can be a distraction as well. Going for a long walk, listening to podcasts, reading emails. All are time-consuming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aha: I get stuck in distraction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note to self: Stop getting distracted. Don't get stuck there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I can hear my calling. Since I am following that call the efforts to distract me have seemingly gotten stronger. Reading Viktor E. Frankl's text I take it that this is the normal process. When we follow our calling distraction will come. Additionally to following through on my calling my task is to avoid getting distracted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No, it is not only my task, but it is also my responsibility!
